The worst experience ever, no time line, completely unprofessional, no respect whatsoever for people’s time, salaries are below market , look somewhere else. It’s a sinking ship!
They have no clue about Human Resources or hiring highly qualified people
Multiple round very professional. I found the team cooperative and the recruiters were direct and easy to work with. The role offered was the wrong levelling for me. Went forward to different role.

The interview process was a bit more than expected but overall, I can understand as the company is global and the right candidate is important when the organization has a global footprint.

First interview with recruiter was more informational. The second was with the sales management team and that was a little more formal. Expect "name a time when" questions. They focus a lot on quota and negotiation skills.
