The interactions between recruiters and management was shaky at best. Most of the follow up was done on my part. My offer letter was delayed by 3 weeks because it was caught up in some internal approval process.
Screening with Recruiter and 1st stage with HM. No feedback after interview, even after following with an email still no feedback which is a shame for such a big name.

Interview
fast and quick with detailed description of job responsibility and outlines by the hiring manager. expectations were set and aligned and the company followed through. Longer process than some but manageable.
