I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Oracle (North Ryde) in Apr 2019
Interview
The hiring manager moved the meeting initially and when I checked into the office early for the meeting, he was almost 2 hrs late. He had no idea of my background and hadn't reviewed my CV. Thankfully I always carry printed copies to interviews. What followed was a 2 hr process from where I did my undergrad and post grad. It was clear that the person I was dealing with was a micromanager and didn't value people that worked under him. I've had consistently negative experiences at interviews here. I tend to avoid roles where managers have come from this organisation.

Multiple round very professional. I found the team cooperative and the recruiters were direct and easy to work with. The role offered was the wrong levelling for me. Went forward to different role.

Interview
First interview with recruiter was more informational. The second was with the sales management team and that was a little more formal. Expect "name a time when" questions. They focus a lot on quota and negotiation skills.
