Interview
First Round- Quants, Verbal, Logical and Programming.
A total of 173 people were shortlisted .
Second Round (Technical)- 3 Puzzles, Two programming questions , Additional talents .
It is better to have actively participated in the symposiums of cs/it and highlight your interests as a coder .
Third Round (HR)- Short term , Long term goals , etc. (Most difficult round as they reject people based on general questions)
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Oracle (Bengaluru) in Sept 2010
