I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Austin, TX) in Dec 2020
Interview
Screening interviewers were amazing but the hiring managers were pretty tough, focused on a lot of failure questions. Be prepared to talk about tech and have knowledge in negotiating. Prepare for it with time in advance. People are super kind and energetic
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you negotiated a sale
Tell me about a time you weren’t successful
Why tech
Very easy and straightforward. Just talk about your previous experience. No use case no big preparation. Can highly recommend and I constantly felt valued and very good. Nothing to worry about about regarding the process
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle
Interview
There were three rounds of interview. First round was with the HR which was more of a courtesy call. Very promptly, the second round was scheduled with the direct Hiring Manager. Right after, the last round with the higher up of Hiring Manager.
Straightforward, super friendly with great conversation. They answer every question you have, and make sure you understand. Also not very behavioral questions. Which is good. More about your experience and what you have done in your past.
