I had 2 rounds of interview with the manager and a final panel with 7 people to show a case. Good experience with transparency. About 2,5 months to complete all the process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Oracle
Interview
6 total interviews, with the final "peer" interview finishing with direct comment that I've done well in the interview process, I should be hired and that his feedback would be relayed to the recruiter and hiring manager. Provided the standard email thank you note, and followed up with recruiter. No response until my second follow up a week later, where recruiter said the process takes a while and she would follow up and let me know, but to keep following up directly with her. No response for another couple weeks so I sent another email, and her response was almost exactly the same...she didn't know and would follow up but I should continue to follow up. Pretty much knew by this time that the recruiter was lazy and the process (as documented throughout Glassdoor) is unprofessional and monolithic. Good people in the interview process, and the conversations with all of them were great. The overall process, amount of time, and the recruiter managing it were unprofessional and not even worth one star. I did get a final automated response from Oracle 3 months later (well after I took another job).

Question 1
General questions about background, applying skillset, client relationships, and ability to learn new tools
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Oracle (Toronto, ON) in June 2020
Interview
The sequence was as below:
1 - Prelim HR Call
2- Hiring Manager Call
3 - Sales Manager Call
4 - Final round with Hiring manager + Sales leaders
To give their "soft" decision it takes about 1 to 2 weeks. Getting an offer could take 2 weeks at least from there.

Question 1
My position was for Oracle cloud service unit. So they give a cloud case study and asked to present the proposition in the final interview round. Questions were mostly around my skillsets rather than the case study itself.
