Discuss prior work experience and the results achieved. We then talked about big win in prior job. we also discussed the culture of company, the management, the direction of company. We also talked about sales cycle etc.
General questions, nothing crazy, your background, experience, expectations. around 3 interviews but the process is longer. I now now is necessary a role play and different sales scenarios. it going to depend of the hiring manager

Recruiter reached out to me (and other recent grads). 1 phone call with the recruiter (who sold me a dream of being able to transfer LOBs and offices with ease) and 1 phone call with a hiring manager. Basic interview questions. I believe it was so lax just for the program for recent grads.

Sales round and other was managerial. One was with HR.
Average difficult of the questions.
the hiring manager takes the interview after which you are called for other managerial round.
