Interview
10 minute phone screening with recruiter, 30 minute in-person interview on campus with regional manager, second 30 minute interview with another regional manager over the phone. All 3 interviews were entirely behavioral questions.
The interview process consisted of three rounds:
Aptitude Test: Focused on assessing analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
HR Round: Evaluated communication skills, cultural fit, and understanding of the role.
Managerial Round: Involved a discussion on technical expertise, role-specific challenges, and scenario-based problem-solving.
