I had a behavioral interview, and it went very well. The conversation was quite interesting and focused on real challenges I had faced whether during my academic work or during my internship. The interviewer asked me to reflect on how I approach problems, work in a team, manage pressure, and adapt to difficult situations. I appreciated that the interview wasn’t only about right or wrong answers, but about how I think, how I make decisions, and how I learn from experiences. It was both professional and enjoyable.
