Oracle Senior Software Engineer - UI interview questions

There were a total of 4 rounds 3 tech rounds 1 - General tech round 2- HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics 3 - Tech round (detailed) and System design problem 4 - Manegerial round I had cleared all rounds, and got a call from the manager to discuss about the package. The HR also called to discuss the same. After waiting for a month, I did not hear back. It would be appreciated by any candidate after they have cleared all rounds and the package details have also been discussed to know if they were unsure about their decision rather than keeping the candidates waiting. One of the most unprofessional process from a company whose reputation is so high. I hope they can improve their communication or else they will lose out on good candidates because of their unprofessionalism.
