The interview process went pretty quick. The recruiter was really friendly and updated me on my application along the way. I was based in the UK at the time so the first stage was via Skype. Once I passed the first stage, I was invited to Lausanne for the face-to-face interview where I presented a business case to a panel. It was a wonderful experience as the offices in Lausanne are really impressive – much more than I was expecting and the location is overlooking Lake Geneva. Even if I wasn’t successful, it would have been a worthwhile trip.

The interview was the third step in the hiring process for my position. It was conducted by an HR representative and my potential manager. Both interviewers were well-spoken and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere. They took the time to clearly explain the entirety of the role, outlining the responsibilities and expectations. This helped me gain a comprehensive understanding of how the position fits within the company and its objectives.
