They approached me. Scheduling the interview was a process since I was dealing with different individuals and there was clearly no communication between them. The actual interview lasted 2 hours and after they I haven’t heard a peep despite 2 follow ups. If a company is approaching a candidate they should be professional enough to at least get back to the candidate after an interview. A candidate’s time is just as important as a company’s.

Also it was weird to have the HR person sizing me up during the interview with the hiring manager.

lots of interviews, with case study (subject to hiring manager if the case study is easy or not). the case study is given only for one day and you have to submit it within the day, it's a test to figure out your skills in your expertise

Los entrevistadores no fueron puntuales, pero no es algo que a mi me molestara. Depues me llevaron a una sala con dos personas del equipo que me comentaron mas o menos de que se trataba el puesto, el departamento, ect y depues me preguntaron sobre mi experiencia y continuamos con otras preguntas relativas a mi actitud
