Interview
4 or 5 step process. Begins with an online critical thinking test, followed by an in-person critical thinking test. From what I’ve read, if you pass these two tests your resume is then glanced at. This is then followed by an in-person first interview, and finally an in-person second interview. You will hear back from them whether they want to hire you or not.

4 tier process. Application then an online skills test, followed by 2 rounds of interviews. Interviews are behavioural and are to test for fit of the candidate for the company. Interviews are conducted online.

Interview
First of all you have to do the assessment, includes of personality test, numerical test, logical tests, etc. If you pass, they will contact you (via mobile phone in my case) and then arrange the first interview. There are three interviews with three director-level employees (Band 3 or above). To join P&G, all of them must approve your qualifications.
