Interview
The interview process was very friendly and consisted of behavioural and situational questions that were not too stressful. The behavioural questions were all very similar to each other and really went in depth on the different experiences.

The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
