Progressive Leasing Customer Service interview questions

Phone Interview which lasted about 20 minutes that included 8-10 questions. This was followed by an in person interview which lasted about 45 minutes and included about 20 - 25 questions.

They are always hiring. The interview process isn't difficult at all. They will ask you why you want to work there, and what are some of your strengths and weaknesses. Right now they are hiring like crazy so they pretty much ask what your schedule would be and have you take a typing test and then will hire you on the spot.
