- Closed-door physical Interview
- Three-member Panel, consisting of one (1) HR Officer and two mid-level managers in the specific business unit.
- Panel welcomes you into the room, and require you to introduce self.
- They usually have a copy of your completed post-test application form, and want to clarify a few pieces of information you have supplied beforehand.

Interview
There’s no HR. Two to three coworkers in Audit-Team will interview you (so no problem-solving questions). Highly related experiences require, which is hard for a student first apply for an internship.

L'iter di selezione inizia con una telefonata da parte delle risorse umane, procede con un colloquio conoscitivo - attitudinale sempre con le risorse umane e prosegue con due colloqui tecnici con due senior manager del team di riferimento per la posizione.
Entspannt und angenehm. Es wurde hauptsächlich auf personal fit geachtet und ein bisschen über die motivation gesprochen. Die Atmosphäre war locker, ich fühlte mich wohl. Insgesamt wirklich einfach und angenehm.
