Standard 2 part interview: 1 case study and then competency based. Case study required about 30 minutes and then we had to present our findinds and recommendations. Competency based interview segment was general questions about examples of working in a team, under pressure, how i resolved conflict in the past.

There were three back-to-back interviews with Consulting Directors and Partners. The questions were mainly behavioral, allowed for plenty of time for questions at the end. The interviews felt like a conversation.
