Interview
The complete interview process was first described which I really appreciated. The interview questions however were not so straightforward. The questions that was asked felt vague and open ended or conceptual — designed to test how you think, not just what you know.
A couple of interviews with HR and then one with HR and the leader, took place over several months. The interviews with HR were more about learning about the company and general questions while the interview with the team leader was more in-depth about the role and the work environment.
