Doesn't RecommendPositive OutlookDisapproves of CEOI have been working at RWDI full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
High Profile Projects. Technical excellence in certain departments. If you stick around and accept crappy wages for 10 years you will learn from the technical leaders, if they are still around. Great benefits package - Management loves to justify low wages for this Don't force you to work late - but you won't be compensated fairly if you 'only' work 8 hour days Business is steady - they're the go-to wind experts.
Cons
Not necessarily selective in the projects they accept (environmental impact, human rights record of government they are working for, etc). Mostly care about the $. They have an outdated employee management system. Have openly heard multiple leaders say if you don't like it you can leave. Pride themselves in paying juniors below market wages. Employee reviews are done using a matrix rather than speaking to people you work with. There's a big lack of diversity in the senior leadership team and that shows in the way they treat staff.

Pros
Great place to work, great people and world leader in their industry.
Cons
The compensation is only "average"
Pros
Interesting work, filled with smart people
Cons
Little upwards mobility within the company
Pros
Diverse, experienced team; Lots of interdisciplinary work and a comfortable office environment with a gym, lockers, nice lunchroom, etc. Everyone is friendly and there are many new hires coming in through co-op so for someone just beginning their career you have the opportunity to make friends and connections.
Cons
Lots of hard work for less than ideal compensation; things must be done according to a certain procedure but nobody tells you what that is until you've done the task and then you find out you've done it wrong and wasted time; your timesheet dictates your life and woe be to they that uses too much time on a project for the project managers are your capricious gods now

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI have been working at RWDI full-time for more than 10 years
Pros
There is no end to brilliant co-workers. there is no end to high profile interesting projects.
Cons
There is no end to dysfunctional leadership. There is no end to change of direction. The company has lost itself while trying to expand into every corner it can find. Putting people under constant pressure does not lead to the highest quality nor highest quantity. it just leads to trouble. The compensation is at best approaching below median.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at RWDI full-time for more than a year
Pros
Interesting projects. The work was never boring. There was also the flexibility to work at home occasionally.
Cons
Reviewers of technical documents would frequently request conflicting information. Most interactions with PMs or other analysts required scheduled meetings or were done only by email, when a quick talk with someone a cubical over or a project team meeting would be more efficient.
