I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Red Hat (Bengaluru) in Nov 2025
Interview
It was a very smooth, scenario-based question, requiring deep understanding rather than rote memorization. The focus was on actually applying what you have learned to real-world situations. This approach fosters critical thinking and encourages us to analyze situations from different angles.
Rather than memorizing facts or concepts, we were challenged to incorporate our knowledge into practical applications, which not only enhances our comprehension but also prepares us for future challenges. The questions encouraged us to think creatively, drawing connections between concepts and demonstrating how they work together in practice.
This method of evaluation allowed for a richer learning experience, allowing us to showcase our critical reasoning skills and adapt our knowledge to novel contexts. It highlighted the importance of being able to think on our feet and make decisions based on the information at hand, ultimately leading to a more meaningful and lasting understanding of the material.
