I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Red Hat (Raleigh, NC) in Feb 2017
Interview
The interview process was about 2 weeks. There were 2 phone interviews and then an assessment. I did not think of applying until a friend at a bar said he met a person from Red Hat who may be interested in hiring. After a lengthy conversation with the Red Hat person, he said he would get the process started with a recruiter, if I'm interested in a position. The recruiter was 15 minutes late for the first interview, we spoke and she followed up with an assessment. The recruiter interview seemed like a sales ploy to get more Red Hat subscribers. The assessment covers 2 positions (Cloud and Middleware/Platform) not 1, so there is a broad range of topics given in 2 hours. They do not give enough time to answer all of the questions and this is stated before you take the test.

Question 1
Personal interview questions: Why do you want to work for Redhat? What do you know about Redhat? Why do you leave your last job? Tell us about your previous work experience, Salary expectations.
Done an interview by Phone and it was good and have selected to the second interview process, an assessment test to do in two weeks and a video interview.
Unfortunately, I have planned to the test in the second week but they sent me the apology email before doing it nor the video interview.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Red Hat (Sunnyvale, CA) in Sept 2017
Interview
Hiring/Interview process consisted of a phone screening, hackerrank test, technical phone screening, and in-person interview.
The in-person interview was fantastic. Everyone in the office was very accommodating and friendly. The interview lasted almost two hours, where I gave a thirty-minute presentation on a cloud design or implementation I had worked on.
After that interview, however, in a very unprofessional turn of events, the recruiters went completely radio-silent. No responses to follow-up emails or a formal refusal email.
