Process was almost five months, but due to company re-organization. Recruiter interviewed me for an opening and then presented a different role based on showing my resume. The rest of the process went smoothly. Very positive experience!

Initial call with screening recruiter followed by call with hiring manager. Focused on background and experiences. Proceeded to call with a few peer / coworkers that were more focused on providing insight into work environment, culture and allowing for questions.
