Interview
It was a waste of my time. The interviewer had close to zero knowledge in the field he was interviewing me for. I later discovered that he barely had any experience in business development at all. the questions were strange, robotic, the manager kept reading the next question which made me feel that my answers weren't even that important at all. you can see that there is no structure in the company, After the interview I rejected moving forward. Don't waste your time :) focus on roles where you can grow and succeed - this is not that place ;)

There was a strong emphasis on ownership, adaptability, KPI-driven performance, and problem-solving. The process reflected the company culture very well — high standards, fast execution, and strong focus on results and scalability.
