Applied online, followed by phone interview with recruiter. Next, a day on the trade with a current territory manager, who recommended I be moved on to the next step of the process. A web interview with about 5 questions, and then several more phone calls with recruiter to prep for final interview. Final interview was 2 panel interviews, both behavioral based, with 2 managers in each interview.

The most difficult part was not getting nervous throughout the process. I was able to stay relaxed, and honestly don't recall a single difficult question because I was a good fit for the company and was just myself, which they liked.

It was a smooth and comfortable experience and I felt at home and cared about. They ask good questions to get to know the candidates. To some candidates, it might seem like they asked tough questions, but they just wanna make sure that they will find good career driven people that want a long-term career instead of just a job with a paycheck.

Initial interview with recruiter and then ending with a panel interview with 2 managers. The initial interview was more about reviewing my background and finding if I could be a fit. The panel interview ask a series of questions and then allots time for you to ask them questions about the position.
