I applied online through there website, and received an email a couple days later that asked me to fill out a survey. The survey consisted of basic questions about my preferences (where I would prefer to work, what do I think of smoking, ect). I also scheduled my phone interview at the end of the survey. The phone interview consisted of a walk through of my resume, and some behavioral questions. I thought it was fairly easy, but maybe being a recent college grad without much sales experience isn't who they're looking for. I was expected to hear more about how the training program will help me succeed as a territory sales manager, so maybe they want people with a couple years of sales under their belt.
