8 rounds of interview! with 7 of them happening in the same day. They wanted to make sure all team mates are comfortable with you and similarly the sister teams. It was tiring but nice to meet the people

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Robert Walters in Mar 2025
Interview
Extremely unprofessional, inappropriate, invasive, and unstructured. Got scheduled 6 interviews with management and different team members without a clear timeline, format, or structure, Complete waste of time. Got asked very personal and irrelevant questions that invaded my privacy - indication of a super toxic and unprofessional work environment. Hiring need was constantly shifting as well - went back and forth on the team I would be joining and the hiring needs. Had to withdraw from it to stop loss
