7 interviews and then they decided not to hire for the position. I interviewed with so many people at different levels. Each person asked the same questions. They could have just had a single interview with everyone, all at the same time.

They asked me to give ideas to solve company problems, then ended up using my ideas instead of hiring me. It was a complete waste of time.
It was a very good experience. On phone then in person. Met with group of panelists. Then went out to lunch with some team members. Team gave me a prompt reply.

Interview
About 5 interviews with managers from within and outside hiring team. Didn't get to meet any potential colleagues. Interviews were scattered on at least 3 days, so it was very inconvenient on one hand, but easier to take off small amounts of time from previous employer without alerting them to job search. Interviews were very basic, not very intense. References were not requested.
