I was contacted via e-mail, from my Linkedin account, asked if I'd be interested in a position and set up a phone interview. Phone interview mostly consisted of going over information on my Linkedin profile and about my current work situation. Lastly we talked about my projects and skill set. That's when the job criteria came up, which requires Java, a skill set I do not have.
