    Pros

    Platform is good. Partner ecosystem established. CRM core product is good but onerous to update for even small changes. If you are in a progressive team you can grow. Health, maternity, benefits are good

    Cons

    It's all about the target and prime's have the last say. There is an illusion that customer is at center that is fueled by sales and marketing, shiny brochures and smoke and mirrors. The reality is, if you drink the Kool-aid and make your number you contribute to mediocrity.

    Pros

    1. Care about employees - wellness benefits of different kinds and due to different times to suit the situation 2. 6 months maternity leave, 3 months paternity leave 3. Promote from within 4. Rewarding company to work for career-wise and also monetarily

    Cons

    Growing very quickly and turning out to be similar to the large MNC's out there, which is given. Overall Salesforce is still a very good company to be in.

    It has gotten so big. Not a total con... as it has its benefits, but sometimes it makes things more difficult.
