I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (Minneapolis, MN) in July 2016
Interview
Met with a member of each individual sales team. Typical sales interview, but I could tell each and everyone of the individuals loved who they worked for and why. Started on the phone, and then went to in person interviews and eventually spoke with an area vice president at the final stages.
The interview process consisted of five rounds and was quite demanding overall. Expectations changed between interviews, communication was inconsistent, and the hiring manager came across as dismissive and unnecessarily harsh throughout the process
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (Helsinki, Southern Finland) in June 2025
Interview
1. Screening call with recruiter
2. Meeting with Hiring manager
3. Panel interview/presentation
4. Decision time
Overall took a month or two from 1-4.
Very smooth experience overall.
