Interview
2 initial phone interviews and 2 subsequent in-house interviews. The in-house interviews were mainly with the managers, one senior accountant (peer), and one senior manager. Each round had 3-4 interviewers. Overall the setting was very casual and friendly.

Question 1
25% were technical questions, 25% were behavioral (e.g. how do you manage under-performing staff), 50% were open ended questions (e.g. why Salesforce, why are you leaving public accounting and etc).

Interview
First round was a phone interview with the recruiter, followed by 2 rounds of virtual interviews with 3 interviewers each. Lots of situational type questions about being a team player. A couple technical questions.

I felt very comfortable during the interviews. I really appreciate that both the recruiter, the Brazil Financial Controller and the EMEA Financial Controller, have dedicated their time to meet me.
