I had a great recruiter who helped me through the 4 step interview process. You talk on the phone to a recruiter, then a hiring manager, then come onsite and speak with two hiring managers, and finally give a presentation to 3 managers. RM, RVP, AVP.

Interview
It was a standard interview. At the first interview, there was a confirmation from the recruiter about the personal aspect and orientation, and at the second interview, there was confirmation about the direct supervisor and the skills at the second interview, and at the third interview, there was a confirmation about the officers and the resolution.
