I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Burlington, MA) in Apr 2019
Interview
In general, a very thorough interview process, total three rounds of interviews. The first is technical phone screen, then an online coding exercise, then on-site interview with 4-5 members. Better to prepare for everything, including from basic programming and technical knowledge, to system architect understanding, coding exercise, behavior questions and CS fundamental data structure and algorithms questions.

Interview
I applied for the LMTS role and was contacted by a recruiter for an initial screening. The process moved quickly, and I was scheduled for a hiring manager round.
The interview with the hiring manager primarily focused on behavioral and situational questions. I felt I answered them well and provided relevant examples from my experience. However, the interviewer seemed disengaged and was not very interested in my responses.
