My interview was with both Michael Carroll and Simon Elmes who both immediately made me feel welcome.
Great approach overall, you get to be yourself as opposed to feeling the usual pressures of interviews in having to 'tick the boxes' with the same cliche questions.
Honestly one of the best interviews I've ever had and it's a major factor in my decision to join the company.

2 Phone screenings with 2 recruiters, F2F interview on-site with the team manager, then a case study presentation with 2 managers and a F2F with a director at one go.
