      Analyst - Audit/SOX Interview

      22 Aug 2019
      Anonymous employee
      San Francisco, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) in July 2019

      Interview

The first step of the interview was a video call with the hiring manager which was geared towards personality fit & experience fit. Second phase was an in person interview consisting of several one on ones (manager, hiring manager, peer, a few cross functional partners). Third phase was similar to the second, however, it included director and sr. director level individuals. Throughout the interview process I would say that the questions were of average difficulty. Nothing too technical at this level. The questions were mainly geared towards determining whether your experience fits the job description & whether you would be a good cultural fit. However, when prepping for an interview always remember that you are also interviewing the potential employer.
