I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Macomb, MI) in Dec 2021
Interview
So far the entire process has been flawless. The interview process is arduous but that is to be expected from a company that is best in breed. The hiring process has been an excellent experience thus far and I feel this company moves with precision and professionalism.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2025
Interview
It was one of the best interview experiences I have had to date. The first interview was a standard recruiter screen, then a 30-minute chat with the hiring manager, a 30 30-minute technical interview with a peer, and finally, a 1-hour panel presentation, which the hiring manager gives you all the notes and resources you need.
During the final stages of the interview process they sign you up for an 'Insider Program', which lets you select your interests and matches you with someone of similar interests to talk about life at Salesforce.
Everyone I met with was super nice and welcoming, I felt comfortable the entire process and even enjoyed preparing and giving the presentation.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Salesforce in July 2022
Interview
Lasted several months, before and after a hiring freeze. I had a three one on one interviews. First, with an internal recruiter to establish a baseline interest and understanding of their process. Second and third were with team leadership. Finally, I had a panel interview/presentation based off a prompt I was given, to discuss and present a solution.
