2 rounds of interviews, first was a panel with 4 execs and a clear brief. Utilised the support of recruitment team to prep. Second interview was a chat with a VP and i believe a rubber stamp on the first interview.

Asked for view on industry vertical related to the service cloud role
The interview process consisted of five rounds and was quite demanding overall. Expectations changed between interviews, communication was inconsistent, and the hiring manager came across as dismissive and unnecessarily harsh throughout the process
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (Helsinki, Southern Finland) in June 2025
