I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Denver, CO) in June 2023
Interview
The interview process is straightforward but difficult. You are provided with the necessary resources to do well in the background knowledge portion of the interview (definitely study up on the company operations and history). Give a lot of thought and attention to the slide deck you are instructed to create for the interview, there will be lots of questions about it.

Question 1
Provide an example of a time when you did not have all of the resources needed to complete a task and needed to reach out to others for help in order to get it done effectively
Took a bit longer with scheduling - but otherwise pretty smoothe. Call with a couple recruiters then an onsite with some of the managers. Lots of behavioral and situational questions
Quick with lots of different people included, several rounds, no softball, overall a pretty interesting experience. I'd be curious about their cut throat culture. Feel free to share your feedback as well.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublin, Dublin) in Jan 2026
Interview
Fair interview process with 4 stages, precise recruiters, the company provided additional support for preparation with materials, extra call with the recruiter before the case, . Doable process but you need to be really well prepared to show that you are the one they want.
