It was very casual, I felt very comfortable. A lot of questions about work experience and what I learned from each. Interviewer was very confidence and chill at the same time.

What’s the worst customer complain you had dealt before?
hard and delayed interview process multiplee steps had four intervieww with members at different departments then a presentation round to a panel on a live situation. Had several cancellations and reschedules and transferred to diff depts as the role changed mid process
3 series of interviews. First HR, then a bring manager then a panel interview.
It's quite nice but you need to prepare yourself. The Salesforce team is very helpful and help you a lot during the process.
