Received an invitation for an interview. HR cancelled the interview on the scheduled time, and rescheduled the next day. The following day, I received a rejection email. I felt disrespected and waste of my time.
I undertook some tests but I did not get to the interview stage as I did not pass. There were several types of tests involved and tricky personality and behaviour questions
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Sydney) in July 2025
Interview
Online digital interview (camera and microphone needed). 3 standard interview questions with a maximum time of 5 minutes, but no re-recordings. A short aptitude test and a confirmation of citizenship.

Online video interview with questions followed by time to answer. Questions were mostly situational awareness but also why you want to work there and your experience for the role, followed by teams interview with role manager and business segment leader
