The interview process was great. Took 3 weeks in total. I applied on indeed and then the recruiter reached out to me. Had a phone interview first and then on site interview at the local office. And a group interview in Boston.

First contact made by HR. If you pass, second meeting made with manager. If you pass third meeting made with upper level manager.
First meeting can be online meeting. Second meeting can be online or face to face.

Found the process enjoyable and flowed well. All aspects were professional and well run and followed up in a timely fashion. Gary from Refocus was a pleasure to work with and made me feel he was working in my best interests.
