Interview
Three part interview to include HR phone screen, First interview with hiring Manger and then 3rd interview onsite with panel of team members. On-site also included tour of site. Entire process was less than 2 weeks from start to finish.

I found some of the questions interesting and less of the repetitive and typical interview questions. A skilled manager in this role should be able to answer with examples of leadership and improvement opportunities.

Interview
It is a very Thorough process. Lots of panel interviews. Multiple manager from facility are part of the process. Plant tour and diner after. Two days overall that I spent at the plant.
