Very fair. Assumed I had minimum technical requirements so interview focused on corporate skills. Was a very relaxed and open environment. People high up in the company attended the assessment centre to talk to candidates.

If you were managing a project and it became clear that you weren't going to hit the deadline, what would you do?
I undertook some tests but I did not get to the interview stage as I did not pass. There were several types of tests involved and tricky personality and behaviour questions

Online digital interview (camera and microphone needed). 3 standard interview questions with a maximum time of 5 minutes, but no re-recordings. A short aptitude test and a confirmation of citizenship.

Online video interview with questions followed by time to answer. Questions were mostly situational awareness but also why you want to work there and your experience for the role, followed by teams interview with role manager and business segment leader
