Phone interview, very easy going. Asked me about previous work experience, college grades and teamwork. Particularly interested in college projects. Asked about availability to travel and different training sessions in the UK
I undertook some tests but I did not get to the interview stage as I did not pass. There were several types of tests involved and tricky personality and behaviour questions

Online digital interview (camera and microphone needed). 3 standard interview questions with a maximum time of 5 minutes, but no re-recordings. A short aptitude test and a confirmation of citizenship.

Online video interview with questions followed by time to answer. Questions were mostly situational awareness but also why you want to work there and your experience for the role, followed by teams interview with role manager and business segment leader
