Basically, this company does not respect time an efforts of job seekers. I will suggest people not to waste time in interviewing with this company, where recruiters & HR team is not at all serious in conducting a fair interview. By such behavior, they have proved that this company is not a full-fledged IT company and lacks culture of an IT company.
I was shortlisted for one of the multiple positions in front-end / full stack profile. The phone screening round was around 45 minutes long. They asked detailed questions on Angular.js. They asked if I have worked on Unit testing. I shared that I have not extensively worked on Unit testing. However, I have done investigations on the same. The feedback I got from the telephonic panel was that I am strong in front-end technologies and should focus on unit testing.
Based on the telephonic round, I was called for a F2F round. I re-confirmed the date, time & availability of the panel with the HR a day before my interview. However on the interview day, to my shocking surprise, they shared that the panel was busy with a production issue and a member of another team will take my interview. The interviewer did not carry any paper / laptop, which one would need to take notes during interview. Generally, I am asked to write down syntax / code snippets during interviews and the panel takes that paper with them. In this case, I was asked to say everything orally. Coming to the level of questions, they were very basic and superficial. The telephonic interviewer did much better job in checking my strengths.This interviewer looked to be least interested in doing that. When I asked about if he agreed with my self rating in Angular.js, He said that I have not asked you enough questions to test your skills!! The person was not aware that I was already interviewed on telephone. He said that the job requirement was for unit testing. On that I said that I have already shared with telphonic panel that I have done investigation on Unit testing and I can do end-to-end coding. However, he did not bothered to ask any question to check my Unit testing knowledge.
After the interview I was told by HR that, the panel does not think that I am good in unit test. I said, they have not asked any question on Unit testing. Then he said with a wicked smile, in that case the panel is not convinced with your angular.js skills.
