I applied at a career fair and the recruiter reached out shortly after to set up a Skype interview. I spoke with the hiring manager for about 30 minutes about the role, he asked some brain teasers, and I explained my experience.
Ask about educational level, professional experience, visa type and languages that you can speak. Knowledge about the company. Hr introduced the role, salary and benefits. Arranged next interview with line manager technical staff. Knowing how to speak local language is a huge advance.
