I applied through university. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Secaucus, NJ) in Feb 2019
Interview
Schneider held on-campus interviews. The first round was on campus, and the second round was at the office. They then had everyone who made it past the first round attend their event held at a restaurant. Everyone was very friendly and inviting during the entire process. They treated you like you were already part of them from the start.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Costa Mesa, CA) in Sept 2024
Interview
Had interview with recruiter 2 weeks after applying. Mainly talked about my background, the job and asked why I want to work here. Though the interview with recruiter was positive. No update for 2 weeks until I followed up and was told the manager offered the position to another candidate. So never made it to next round.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric in June 2023
Interview
Two phone calls with the hiring manager at 30 minutes. Very smooth, easy interview. Not a lot of technical questions; questions stemmed mostly from a behavioral standpoint. Did not feel stressed at all.
