Primo colloquio con le risorse umane di una agenzia di reclutamento, inizialmente mi sono candidata per una posizione aperta ma non sapevo nemmeno il nome dell'azienda. Secondo colloquio sempre con l'agenzia, mi segnalano alla azienda e mi rivelano il nome. Terzo colloquio in azienda con risorsa umana di schneider e l'ingegnere che avrei affiancato.

Entrevista fácil, con un diálogo relajado, suele ser con el manager y recurso humanos, la primera entrevista será online y luego te verás en persona .
Se presentan como personas cercanas las preguntas son para ver contextos y actitudes y ver cómo el candidato reacciona ante ella .

Smooth had 3 interviews before I got hired. First was with the recruiter alone. Second with the recruiter and hiring manager. Third with hiring manager and HRBP. Overall a smooth process. Felt more like a discussion.

First, There was an online HR interview will be conducted, followed by a technical interview at the company’s premises to assess skills, knowledge, and suitability for the role conducted by manager .
