I was first reached out to by a third-party staffing agency. From there, the interview was a few calls with co-workers and one with my future boss. This was followed by a contract and was eventually hired on.
The calls all consisted of questions to determine whether my values aligned with their own. Come with anecdotes and review the company values & mission.
