The interview process begins with a resume screening, followed by initial HR conversation. Technical rounds assess skills, problem-solving, and projects. Finally, a managerial discussion evaluates culture fit and career aspirations.

The interview is moderate not too easy not too difficult they asked us about core electrical topics and general questions about the electrical and electronics and asked about the projects we have done and to explain them in detail they ask questions from our core domain.

It was an online interview. I was interviewed for R&D role. First the interviewer asked me about myself and asked questions from my resume. She selected a project and asked in detail and made me explain the whole project. And i was given a brief about the role.
